Bring yoga and mindfulness to your workplace or organization with a Corporate Workshop from F.E.N.I.X. Yoga With Brandy. Our workshop is designed to help your team release tension, stretch, and breathe. We focus on self-care, providing tools and techniques for your team to use beyond the workshop, and allow them to reconnect with themselves and each other. Workshop includes up to 20 participants.
