Service Description
Brown Girls & Yoga 2026: Global Roots of Yoga (Beyond the Western Lens) A gentle, beginner-friendly workshop exploring yoga through its influences and lineages across Africa, India, and China. This 90-minute experience includes: • Accessible movement (chair + mat options) • Breathwork for grounding the nervous system • Guided journaling & reflection • Restorative integration All bodies welcome; options provided (chair + mat). Men, Women, and Two-Spirit welcome. Props provided—no experience needed. Choose one date: • March 13, 7:00–8:30 PM • March 20, 7:00–8:30 PM Location: M Power Yoga Studio, 308 Church St., Houma Investment: $35 per person Come as you are. Leave more rooted.
