Service Description
Join me, Brandy, at F E N I X Yoga for our Mommy & Me monthly pass. This one-hour practice is perfect for beginners and offers the fundamentals of yoga practice. You and your child under 17 will be guided through a series of poses and breathing exercises to promote relaxation, flexibility, and strength. It's a great opportunity to bond with your child while also taking care of yourself. Come join us for a fun and empowering practice.
